How many large (turkey size) aluminum roasting pans do I need to serve Rigatoni with meat to 125 men? I am making sloppy joes and a garden salad and beer as well. Thanks in advance for your help and this is the COOLEST website

A 12"x 18"x 2" pan should feed approx. 40-50 guests.
