How much should I charge for a sweet tray for 100 people?

Most restaurants and business's want their food costs to be 30% or lower. To find out how mush you should charge take the actual cost for the ingredients and divide it by .30. This will give you an accurate price point to charge. Example: if it cost you $2 to make a brownie then you would want to charge approx. $6.67.
