We are having a party for 200 people. We are serving hot turkey on buns, two pasta salads, a sniker salad, fruit kabobs, and cheesy potatoes. Cake for desert. For drinks we are having cans of pop, hot apple cider and coffee. How much of everything do we need?

We suggest the following portions per person: 1.5-2 turkey buns, 3-4oz of pasta salad (all together), 2-3oz of sniker salad, 1-2 fruit kabobs and 3-5oz of potatoes. each guest will have approx 2-3 drinks with the average drink being 200ml.
