how many sq feet do I need for a wedding buffet luncheon? We are planning it outside, but if it rains, it will need to move inside. planning about 60-70 people

Below are the space guidelines that we generally follow:

Stand-up cocktail 6sq. ft per person
Dinner, rectangular tables 10sq ft. per person - same for 60" rounds
Food station and bar area 100sq ft. each
