We are having a Backyard Wedding Reception for 200 Guests. To save Money on Catering 10 of my family members will be making 1 entree each. We will also be having some hordouvers that we'll buy and just heat up. The Menu is Eggplant Rolletini, Yellow Rice, Chicken Rolletini, Veal Marsala, Steamed Vegetable, Sauted Broccoli Rabe, Grilled Salmon, Paella, Lobster Ravioli, and Stuffed Roasted Pork. How much OR how many Trays of each will I need and How many paper plates for 200 Guests?
